Benji practices insurance litigation with a focus on professional negligence, construction defects, product liability, and fraud claims. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on several occasions and has successfully argued numerous contested motions.
Benji is a results-oriented litigator who works with clients to determine their legal and non-legal goals in order to minimize risk, identify and resolve potential issues, and to ensure that their legal claim is managed efficiently and with their best interests in mind. His client-centered approach strives for early, cost-effective solutions, however, as a powerful advocate, he confidently appears in court when necessary.
In law school, Benji served as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Western Journal of Legal Studies and worked in the legal clinic.
