 Overview

Cole is a zealous advocate committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients in an efficient and effective manner. He continues to develop a broad-based insurance practice, including handling claims of product liability, occupiers’ liability, construction matters, among others.

With strong analytical and advocacy skills, Cole is always prepared to defend his clients' best interests. However, he also recognizes that litigation may not always be the most effective solution and often participates in negotiations and mediations to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Cole's prior experience at a boutique law firm included handling a wide variety of cases on behalf of Canada's largest P&C insurers involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, and first-party claims. He also regularly conducted fraud investigations and related litigation.

Cole has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Licence Appeal Tribunal, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
