Gurwinder handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex business disputes, shareholder disputes, construction claims and liens, insolvency, receiverships, restructurings, real estate disputes, commercial leases, and fraud. Clients benefit from his business insight, which allows him to consider client issues from both legal and commercial perspectives.
In law school, Gurwinder honed his skills in advocacy by participating in legal aid clinics, externships, and moot court competitions, including the 2023 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot, which developed his ability to navigate complex legal matters.
