Hilary guides both M&A transactions and corporate commercial matters in a pragmatic matter. Her expertise extends to negotiating and structuring agreements, including Share and Asset Purchases and Shareholders’ Agreements, ensuring that the interests of all parties are thoroughly represented.
Hilary held several leadership positions while in law school and served as a research assistant focusing on Canadian cryptocurrency tax legislation. She was named to the Dean’s Honor List for being among the top 10% of her class.
