 Overview

Ian brings experience in both residential and commercial financing to his role as a Law Clerk in the Real Estate practice. In addition to preparing security documentation, Ian conducts title searches, assists with off-title searches, and obtains title insurance policies. He embraces continuous learning and approaches matters with a critical and detail-oriented eye. With a strong work ethic, Ian is focused on assisting lawyers and other clerks to bring transactions to a successful and efficient close.
