Kathleen’s practice is devoted to all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation. Her practice is focused on cyber insurance, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, commercial general liability claims, and property damage claims. She is a zealous advocate and brings this passion and commitment to clients to ensure the best results are achieved for each one. Kathleen is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, research and organizational skills as well as her resourcefulness.
In law school, Kathleen volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada at the Queen’s Prison Law Legal Clinic where she assisted with matters relating to prisoner grievances. Prior to law school, she volunteered at Law Help Ontario where she was responsible for client intake and organized the Law Day Run in Ottawa which raised money for Pro Bono Law Ontario and their legal partnerships. In her final year of law school, Kathleen was part of the student editorial board for the Queen’s Law Journal and was instrumental in the final publication of the Journal.
