Lindsay’s practice focuses on estates, trusts and related civil proceedings. She has experience handling a wide variety of issues including adult guardianship, power of attorney matters and issues surrounding capacity. Lindsay also assists clients with succession planning and the administration of estates.

Lindsay’s prior experience working and articling at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) makes her uniquely skilled at handling matters under the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992.

During law school, Lindsay volunteered at various community legal clinics, including Community & Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP) and Parkdale Community Legal Services (PCLS) where she represented clients at various tribunals. As an articling student, Lindsay supported counsel at all levels of court in Ontario.
