Matthew is a partner in the Insurance Litigation Group where he provides strategic counsel and representation in complex insurance defence matters. His practice focuses on professional negligence, personal injury, product liability, occupiers’ liability, property damage claims, and construction disputes. With a meticulous and results-driven approach, Matthew achieves favourable outcomes and cost-effective resolutions for clients. He frequently appears before the Superior Court of Justice, advocating for insurers and professionals in high-stakes litigation. Beyond his legal practice, Matthew is passionate about community engagement and leadership. He serves as a Director for FootGolf Canada and is a member of the Canadian FootGolf national team.
