 Overview

Sherry is a law clerk in the Business Law practice. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions and corporate searches and is often called on to assist lawyers with complex commercial lending and commercial real estate files. Sherry also conducts title and off-title searches, reviews corporate searches and summarizes search results and prepares closing documents.

Sherry completed her law master's degree in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, which makes her a valuable asset to the team.
