H. Todd Greenbloom's active general business law practice includes all aspects of franchising and licensing. "I have a general corporate commercial practice with an emphasis on working for clients that are in the franchise business," he says.
His work in franchising and licensing includes preparation and review of franchise disclosure documents, purchase and sale of franchise systems, dealing with the financing of franchise acquisitions and competition and advertising issues arising in a franchise context.
Todd also negotiates franchise agreements, prepares and reviews franchise documents, licence agreements and area franchise agreements, deals with all aspects of shareholder, partner relations and drafting shareholder, partnership and other types of agreements.

His clients come from a wide variety of industries. They include restaurants, food service, hospitality, recreation, trade shows, retailing, manufacturing, advertising, career colleges and service.
For his clients on the commercial side, Todd negotiates and drafts a wide range of agreements including intellectual property and software development agreements. He is involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing for lenders/investors and borrowers and also engages in a leasing practice, acting primarily for tenants in retail, commercial and industrial premises.
Todd has assisted litigation counsel and co-ordinated the efforts of litigation counsel on behalf of corporate and commercial clients.
