Zarin’s health law practice involves the defence of health professionals in regulatory and discipline matters before their respective College, including complaints, investigations, and registration issues.
Zarin also defends health professionals and clinics in claims related to medical malpractice matters, such as those involving personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, human rights, and employment.
In her practice, Zarin represents health professionals such as pharmacists, doctors, nurses, massage therapists, speech therapists, chiropractors, dentists, naturopaths, and sonographers in addition to diagnostic clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare-based facilities in matters before the Regulatory Colleges and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Zarin leverages her extensive background in the sciences and previous work experience in both a healthcare setting and Regulatory College to bring a unique legal and medical perspective to her work and obtain favourable outcomes for clients.
