Recent U.S. immigration regulatory and policy changes, Executive Order impact, new U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services memos, and increased Department of Homeland Security enforcement will be highlighted. The program will explore the rising trend of nationalism and how it will affect global mobility programs and immigration laws for foreign employees.
