Anna has a broad litigation practice with a focus on property and commercial liability, product liability, contractual disputes, class actions, bodily injury defence, occupiers’ liability and professional negligence.
Anna has represented clients at various courts and tribunals including the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Assessment Office, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal and jury trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Anna is one of the firm’s contacts for the Risk Management Counsel of Canada, a national association of independent law firms who work together to handle multi-jurisdictional insurance disputes.
