 Overview

Vagmi has a broad litigation practice that encompasses Insurance Litigation and Commercial Litigation. She advises clients in areas of property, casualty, and commercial litigation, with a focus on product liability, environmental and construction claims, mortgage fraud claims, and defending claims of sexual assault. Vagmi focuses on providing practical, business-oriented, and cost-effective legal solutions to her clients.

Vagmi has represented clients at various courts and tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She chairs the Casualty Subgroup for Insurance Law Global (ILG) network and she sits on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Law Association of Ontario (WLAO).
